Part of the McGregors Landing complex devoted to the backpacker, those on a hiking holiday, climbers , and travellers on the West Highland Way.

The term bunkhouse is misleading, as all the rooms are individual, and equiped with quality linen and towels. For a price equivalent to a youth hostel, you can enjoy an extra level of comfort. Rooms are either Double, Twin or Quad, and are ideal for backpackers, ramblers and hikers.

Unlike a typical bunkhouse, guests can choose from a range of dining options, in the international restaurant, coffee shop, or pizzaria. Breakfasts, coffee, and snacks are available from 8 am. There is also a well stocked shop with essential supplies, gifts, and clothing, plus a drying room. Both bars are open till late, and feature live music at weekends.
